Bring a builder. Get $50 a month for as long as they stay.
BuilderLine is the simple builder platform for local builders, one to fifty houses a year. It is $199 a month, and the first 14 days are free. If you already talk to builders every week, you can put it in front of them, help them get their first job running, and be paid $50 a month for every account that stays.
Who this is for
People builders already trust: the rep at the lumber yard or supply house, the sub who works for six of them, the bookkeeper who does their books, the insurance or title agent who sees every closing. And anyone who wants to sell and look after accounts on commission, full time or on the side.
How it pays
- $50 a month for every builder you bring, paid every month that builder pays. No cap.
- It starts with their first paid month. The free trial doesn’t count until it converts.
- It keeps going for as long as the account stays and you stay its point of contact.
- Twenty accounts is $1,000 a month. Sixty is $3,000 a month, every month.
What you do
Bring it up with a builder who is drowning in texts and a spreadsheet. Sit with him for the first job if he wants it: company name, email, three numbers, his subs. Then stay his person: check in, answer the small questions, pass the big ones straight to the founder. That’s the account management side, and it is why the share keeps paying instead of paying once.
The terms, plainly
- Independent, not employment. No quota, no exclusivity, no territory.
- You never take a builder’s card or password. He signs up on the site himself and pays BuilderLine directly. You tell the founder who you brought, a company name is enough, and the account is yours from then on.
- Say what it does, not more. Every claim on this site is true and that is what you sell.
- The founder answers every application himself and will tell you if it’s not a fit.
Apply
A name, a way to reach you, and who you know. That’s it.
