BuilderLine is a platform for home builders to run their jobs — schedule, estimate, files, sub bids, a homeowner portal, and an assistant that answers questions about your company’s own data.

You own everything you and your company put into BuilderLine — job records, files, messages, photos, all of it. We own the software itself. Setting up an account doesn’t transfer either one to the other.

Use BuilderLine for your own construction business. Don’t use it for anything unlawful, and don’t resell access to it as your own product.

BuilderLine is a monthly subscription, billed through Stripe. New accounts get 14 days free on any plan. A card is required to start, and the plan you choose begins billing automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

Cancel any time from Billing in the app. You can ask us for an export of your data before or after you cancel. Once your account is cancelled, your data is deleted the way the privacy policy describes.

BuilderLine’s assistant reads your company’s records and answers in plain words, but it can make mistakes. Check anything that matters — a number, a date, a name — before you act on it.

We work to keep BuilderLine reliable, but it’s provided as-is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any losses is limited to what you’ve paid us in the twelve months before the issue came up.

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll let you know — by email or by a notice in the app — before the change takes effect.
